Teenage Cancer Trust - Fancy - 6 February 2010
The Teenage Cancer Trust has been selected as one of the beneficiaries for ‘Fancy’, the capital’s new dressing up spectacle. Fancy plans on reinventing the easily attained escapism of fancy dress to an invigorated generation intent on shedding their existing lives and nine to fives, for a more exciting alter ego…just for the night! The Fancy spectacle bursts into full technicolour glory at the O2 Shepherds Bush Empire (9pm-3am). Tickets £12.50.
Protimos - Charity Quiz Night - 10 February 2010
Protimos is an organisation of lawyers who work to provide access to law for indigenous and marginalised communities in the developing world. The 2010 Quiz Night at the Law Society will be a lively affair with John Humphreys as Quizmaster and Prince Seeiso of Lesotho in attendance. Teams of four cost £1000 which includes a champagne reception, three-course meal with wine, and entry to the quiz and auction.
